Carolyn, a very experienced business leader with 25+ years’ experience across many sectors. With assignments looking at the convergence of new technologies – in particular positive disruptive models, evaluating the commercial opportunities globally across both public and private sectors.
Having spent many years exploring ways to fix the current broken model of trying to conduct business in the digital world, she is passionate about rolling out Assured Clarity’s unique innovative solution helping clients at a board level to ‘Manage their Risk and Protect their Reputation’, creating organisational resilience.
Regulation and standards including GDPR, ISO27001 and PCI DSS provide the perfect opportunity to address the whole mismanagement of information culture, which has led to the current problem of cyber breaches and huge data losses. As an experienced consultant and adviser she also oversees information security, data protection, regulatory compliance (including ICO27001, PCI DSS etc) as well as marketing, business development, education and awareness programmes.
As an experienced education and training specialist, Carolyn is keen to help organisations develop, Education, Awareness and Training programmes to help deliver positive outcomes throughout the whole organisation.
She is an experienced GDPR Practitioner and DPO, Marketer (CIM) and is also a trained PCI DSS Implementer. She is an Advisory Council member of the Global Cyber Academy and a lifetime member of EEMA.
In addition Carolyn teaches yoga and meditation in her spare time and as a result of the lockdown has recently taken to growing some of her own food.

Dan a driven, honest, fun, hard-working and focused professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Business Information Industry.
Since joining CoCredo in 2003 and completing the MBO of Wyse Assist to CoCredo in 2009, they have moved offices twice due to growth, doubled our workforce, invested heavily in IT, Marketing and Customer Support, and streamlined Finance. In May 2015 he completed a further MBO becoming the sole owner of CoCredo and since then has seen 5 years of rapid growth.
Some of the proudest moments in his working life have been most recently with CoCredo winning ‘Credit Information Provider of the Year’ and ‘Employer of the Year’ at the CICM British Credit Awards 2019. The judges commented that CoCredo are ‘Head and shoulders above the competition. A business that truly listens to what its clients want. Innovation at its best’. In 2018, he was awarded with ‘Business Leader of the Year’ at the Bucks Business Awards and ‘Technology Innovator Person the Year’ at the Credit & Collections Awards. These awards are recognition for many years hard work by all the team, the great ethos CoCredo has as a business to always go that extra inch and treat customers how we would want to be treated ourselves, and our passion to succeed on a daily basis.
Dan is a keen fundraiser and supporter of the Oxford Children’s Hospital (OCH) and helps organise the OCH Charity Golf Day in June each year, raising over £175k in the last 8 years. This is very close to his heart after they helped save his sons’ life in 2010.

A solid technical background has enabled Darren to work with a wide range of institutions to deliver fully integrated anti-fraud and risk management solutions to customers internationally.
He has been involved with projects from pre-sales and proof of concept through to final delivery and support, interfacing with senior management, business, and technical teams. Darren has provided consultancy and support for projects with a contract value in the excess of £5m.
His experience ranges from standalone, single portfolio in-house projects through to multi-client managed services, national fraud bureaux and data sharing initiatives. Particular areas of expertise are within mortgage originations, and online / internet solutions.
Specialities: Consultancy with expertise in financial crime risk management and compliance covering application, subscription and transactional fraud developed, AML compliance, GDPR compliance, working worldwide within financial services, telecommunications, insurance sectors. FCA approved for control function CF11 (Money Laundering Reporting).
Darren’s side gigs include live music photography and supporting musicians in the organisation and running of intimate gigs in London “Acoustic Sanctuary”.
